Located in Blackburn, our facility features an indoor training space with exposed brick, natural light and world-class equipment combined with an outdoor training space — where you can choose to soak up some Vitamin D while training in our Small Group Classes capped at 12 per class.

Whether you’re new to fitness or returning to training, our coaches are highly trained and qualified to help you set goals, teach proper form to prevent injury, and guide you on your journey to achieve any unique goal you have.

Commit To Fit Program:

This program is designed specifically for those that are NEW to exercise, or those whom are returning to regular exercise after a period of inactivity. The program is delivered in two phases:

Development Phase (First Two Weeks):

  • 2x 60MIN Beginner Classes Only (Mon & Wed @ 7:30pm) each week for the first two weeks.
  • We focus on assessing your current movement patterns and teaching you better movement to ensure you are moving well, before adding intensity.

Evolution Phase (Following Eight Weeks):

  • Attend any 3x Classes per week for 8 Weeks. This is the recommended amount of classes you should attend in order to make any changes to your health & fitness.
  • BONUS: You will receive exclusive access to our simple to use Hands-On-Nutrition Program to supercharge your results, ensuring you will burn excess body fat, increase energy and improve overall health & fitness.
