ALL-IN-ONE FITNESS CLASSES INCORPORATING STRENGTH, CONDITIONING & RECOVERY

All you need is MOVE.

Each class combines strength, conditioning and recovery to challenge the body and renew the mind. A variety of fun and challenging class formats can be mixed and matched to meet any fitness goal.

MOVE. 60MIN CLASS

These classes are our bread and butter. Think: power yoga warm-up, 10-20 minutes of body strengthening movements followed by 10-20 minutes of workouts with movements that change daily and concluding with a slow and restorative warm-down. Every class starts with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications. You might walk in feeling a little antsy, but you are guaranteed to walk out feeling amazing.

FLEX. 30MIN CLASS

This is not your typical yoga class. Our Virtual FLEX brings you strength, balance, and isometric holds. Peak postures change weekly so you can progress in all aspects of your fitness journey. Our yoga/ recovery style class is designed for the person that needs a stretch day, but doesn’t want to ‘Om’. And can be completed anywhere through the MOV.E At Home Portal.

PRIVATE. 60MIN CLASS
