Whether it be to lose weight, build lean muscle, run a marathon or to simply stand up from a chair without assistance, James has spent the last 15 years amassing a wealth of knowledge in Coaching movement, nutrition and health to help you achieve your goals.

Dr. Emily (Chiropractor)

Is a former national gymnast, whom spent 16 years coaching kids and teens to master their own bodyweight through gymnastics before transitioning into Coaching health & fitness to adults.

Dr. Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to those looking to learn better movement through strength and conditioning or to simply live better, through chiropractic care.


Has been working in the health & fitness industry for almost two decades. Specialising in coaching rehabilitative and pre-habilitative strength work to clients to correct past injuries whilst bulletproofing the body from potential new ones. Emma is currently completing her degree in human nutrition.


A Physical education teacher for both primary and secondary schools for almost two decades. Evelyn has spent the past decade specialising in strength & conditioning practices for kids and teens, and leads our MOV.E Juniors program. Evelyn also competes in the Sport of CrossFit at the highest level.


Having been in the industry since 2007, Nick started Movement Evolved back in 2012 on a mission to help people Live Better lives, outside the confines of a gym.

As a Coach, Nick has worked with people of all ages, backgrounds and training goals, such as losing weight; getting fit for specific sports; compete/ win in Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Spartan Races, Marathons, Triathlons, CrossFit.
