SMALL GROUP CLASSES

ALL-IN-ONE FITNESS CLASSES INCORPORATING STRENGTH, CONDITIONING & RECOVERY

All you need is MOVE. Every Class is Capped to 12 Participants. Individual Workout Space & Equipment.

Our intention is to go beyond the sweat. We want to make you fitter, stronger and better. Our coaches will teach you everything you need to know to get in the best shape of your life.

MOVE. 60MIN CLASS

We believe in broad, general and inclusive fitness; workouts combining a wide variety functional movements that incorporate elements of aerobic work, gymnastics, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting and bodybuilding. Each class brings something new and exciting! Regardless of your current fitness levels and goals, our coaches will teach you everything you need to know to get fit and stay fit.

JUNIORS. 45MIN CLASS

Strength & Conditioning delivered in a safe, engaging and fun class format exclusively for kids and teens aged 6 through 15. Each class is limited to 10 participants only and is Coached by an experienced and qualified Phys Ed. Teacher, whom specialises in Coaching Strength & Conditioning to kids & teens.
