Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

BUILD STRENGTH: PUSH X PULL

E2MIN F 20MIN (10 ROUNDS)
10,9,8,…,1. reps of:
Goblet squats

* In each 2MIN window, use the first minute to complete the required reps of the Goblet squat (rnd 1 = 10, rnd 2 = 9 etc) and hold the bottom of the last squat until you hit the 1min marker, then rest the remainder of the 2MIN window.

 

WORKOUT: PUSH X PULL

8MIN AMRAP:
4 burpee tuck jumps
8 split cleans
