10 swimmers
5 plank to pike
5 s/db upright row

Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: PUSH X PULL

FOR TIME (5 SETS MAX):
Every 2mins, do:
:30 box pike hold
Then 20 reps of:
1x bent over row + 1x hang high pull (done as a complex)

-Score is accumulated time to complete the 20 x Complex
