Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

17MIN AMRAP
Alt. DB Snatch 10,20,30,..etc.
Run 100m,200m,300m,…etc.

*Snatch goes up by 10 reps each round & run goes up by 100m each round.
