30 calf switches
8 samson lunge
30 calf raises
8 spiderman lunge

Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: PUSH X PULL

EACH BLOCK FOR TIME:
5 ROUNDS FOR TIME (10MIN CAP):
25 lunges
50 double unders

*at the 10min marker take a 2min rest then repeat – try to match or beat your score. If you finish prior to the 10MIN Cap, you have earned additional rest.
