Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

30MIN AMRAP
5,10,15,20,…etc.
DB burpee clean and front rack step up

*take 60sec rest between each round
