Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

BUILD STRENGTH: PUSH X PULL

EVERY 2:30 x 4 SETS:
5 inchworms
7 yoga push ups
9 seated DB press

*inchworm = no push up, no stand up
