Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: PUSH X PULL

3 x 7MIN AMRAP:
40 tuck jumps
40 SDHP
20/20 Bulgarian Split squats
Max burpees in remaining time

*take 3 min rest at the end of each 7min block
*score = total burpees across the 3 rounds
