Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

6 X 3MIN AMRAPS:
25 shoulder to overhead
25 single arm overhead lunge
-then-
Max hollow rocks until the 3MIN mark then restart
