Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

4 ROUNDS FOR TIME OF: (25MIN CAP)
20 burpee mountain climber*
30 hang high pulls
40 sit throughs
50 jumping jacks

*do a “1,2,3,4 count” on the mountain climbers for each burpee
