Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: PUSH X PULL

EVERY 90SEC FOR 10 SETS (15MIN CAP)
2 Turkish get ups
Max deadlifts

*go until you have completed 100 deadlifts
