Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

FOR QUALITY (30MIN)
Accumulate:
4min plank hold
4min squat hold
4min lying “T” hold
4min glute bridge hold

*any time you break you move on to the next position hold and keep rotating through until all holds are complete
