BUILD STRENGTH: FULL BODY

12MIN AMRAP:
10 v-ups
10 hollow rocks
:20 hollow hold

* Complete each round (10 V-Ups + 10 Hollow Rocks) as a complex

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

12MIN AMRAP:
15 deadlifts
5 inch worms
:30 plank hold (straight arm)
Rest :45

*inch worm has no standup or push up
