Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY

For time:
100 lunges
100 mountain climbers
100 jump squats
100 mountain climbers
100 db good mornings

-Long duration endurance work
-Very leg intensive
-Pushing for long sets of 15+ reps on the lower body work
-20+ reps on mountain climbers
