:30 shoulder circles

:30 baby makers
:30 shoulder taps

Cardio Options:

Any Machine or Run on spot (High knees, butt kickers), Up Downs, Burpees, Jump Rope, Step back Reverse Lunges etc

 

WORKOUT: FULL BODY
EMOTMF 30MIN (5 ROUNDS):
*Every interval starts with a :15 wall sit into…
Min 1 – Max DB deadlift
Min 2 – Max DB curl and press
Min 3 – Max Alternating Single leg RDL
Min 4 – Max sit ups
Min 5 – Max Alternating lunges
Min 6 – rest (no wall sit)

-Try to keep moving and only rest on the 6th min
-if :15 gets to hard on the wall-sit modify the time to :10
