Located in Blackburn, our facility features an indoor training space with exposed brick, natural light and world-class equipment combined with an outdoor training space — where you can choose to soak up some Vitamin D while training in our Small Group Classes capped at 12 per class.

Whether you’re new to fitness or an accomplished athlete, our coaches are highly trained and qualified to help you set goals, teach proper form to prevent injury, and design training programs to achieve any unique goal you have.

MOVE CLASSES

Whether you’re new to fitness or an accomplished athlete, our coaches are highly trained and certified to help you set goals, teach proper form to prevent injury, and lead Classes that include basic barbell exercises, olympic lifts, kettlebells, gymnastics, running, rowing, throwing, and a long list of bodyweight movements.

FLEX CLASSES

FLEX isn’t a traditional yoga class. This Virtual class combines strength, balance, and isometric holds into a perfect recovery class. Movements change weekly so you can get a stretch day in and recover your body and mind, anywhere. Exclusive to the MOV.E At Home platform.
