65+ Strong Classes

The latest evidence-based research shows that those aged 65+ who engage in a combination of aerobic and resistance-based training 2-5x per week can increase their bone mineral density in addition to other positive increases in health markers. Our 65+ Strong classes are reserved solely for 12 x 65 and over participants who are looking to maintain/ increase their independence and Live Better Now.

James Clift

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST

James is the mastermind behind our Group Class programs. Whether it be to lose weight, build lean muscle, run a marathon or simply stand up from a chair without assistance, James has spent the last 15 years amassing a wealth of knowledge in teaching movement, nutrition and health to help people Live Better Now.

  • CrossFit Level 3 Coach (1 of only 13 in Victoria)

NIck Cook

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST

Having been in the industry since 2007, Nick started MOV.E Training & Chiropractic back in 2012 on a mission to help people Live Better lives, outside the confines of a gym. As a Coach, Nick has worked with people of all ages, backgrounds and training goals, such as losing weight to get off the weight loss surgery list; reversing type II diabetes; getting fit to chase after the grandkids; competing/ win in Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Spartan Races, Marathons, Triathlons, and CrossFit.
